Our baristas arrive with the mobile espresso cart, a commercial machine and grinder, cold brew, teas, milks and syrups — and they make unlimited handcrafted drinks for your guests for as long as you've booked.

Our professional baristas serve corporate, private, brand activation and community events throughout the Cincinnati area — with the espresso bar in tow.
Hire a barista for a meeting, conference or employee appreciation day and the coffee break becomes the best part of the agenda. We set up the espresso bar where the people are and keep lattes flowing through every session.
A barista for a wedding reception, bridal shower or birthday gives guests something to gather around. Every drink is handcrafted to order — oat milk, extra shot, a little caramel — and the unlimited package means nobody counts cups.
Hire our baristas as the face of a launch or pop-up. We brand the cart and the cups, build a menu around your product, and hand guests something good with your name on it.
Markets, school and university events, church gatherings, sports events and fundraisers — our baristas and the cart set up indoors or outdoors wherever there's a standard outlet.
What's Included
This is a full-service event barista hire — the professional, the equipment and the drinks in one booking, quoted for your hours.
We’re a team of skilled baristas dedicated to providing exceptional service and great coffee. We staff to your guest count so a large corporate expo and a 40-person shower both get the right number of hands.
No separate equipment rental. The mobile cart, commercial espresso machine, grinder, cold brew, tea service, cups, lids, milks and syrups all arrive with the barista.
Barista hire is booked by the hour, and for those hours guests can order as many lattes, cappuccinos, cold brews and matchas as they desire. There's no per-drink charge.
Our baristas arrive early, set up in about a 6’x5’ space with one standard outlet, serve, and leave the space as they found it. Indoor and outdoor events are both fine.
If we're available, you can book as many days as needed. Multi-day conferences and expos are a regular booking for our baristas.
Give the barista a signature drink to make, print a tailor-made menu, or add your logo to the cups and the cart. Custom options are quoted alongside the base booking.

Our Menu
Every barista hire includes an unlimited drink package, with the option to add seasonal specialties or personalized drinks for a truly unique experience.
Every guest can order as many drinks as they desire at each event.
From classic espresso drinks to teas and matchas. We provide all classic flavors including Vanilla, Caramel, and Honey along with specialty seasonal flavors.
For non-dairy drinkers, we have Oat Milk and for highly caffeinated folks, we provide extra shots.

The Coffee Haus started as a family dream. We’re Boris and Katy, a husband-and-wife team and parents of three, who believe coffee has the power to bring people together, spark conversation and brighten any moment.
Our baristas serve high-quality, thoughtfully sourced coffee made with care, using beans from our trusted local roaster Yield. For us this isn’t just a business — it’s a passion built on family, community and the joy of sharing something you truly love.

The cost of hiring a barista from The Coffee Haus depends on the hours, your guest count, travel to the venue and any custom add-ons — and it includes the espresso bar, all the equipment and our unlimited drink package, not just the barista's time. Neither. The Coffee Haus is an event coffee service: you hire our baristas together with our mobile espresso bar for a corporate event, wedding or party. We don't place baristas at cafés and we aren't a job board.
No. The barista arrives with the full mobile espresso bar — machine, grinder, cold brew, teas, milks, syrups, cups and lids. All you provide is a 6’x5’ space and one standard outlet.
We staff to your guest count and the length of service. Tell us the headcount and hours in the quote form and we'll plan the right number of baristas so the line keeps moving.
We’re fully equipped to serve both indoor and outdoor events. We’ll work with you to plan the ideal setup for your space and event style.
Every event includes whole milk and Oatly oat milk, and we can provide decaf drip or espresso upon request. Extra shots are available for the highly caffeinated folks.
