Our mobile coffee cart travels to corporate, private and celebration events across Indianapolis and Central Indiana.
The Coffee Haus is a mobile coffee cart that comes to your event and makes drinks to order. Every booking includes an unlimited drink package — guests order as many handcrafted coffees as they like, for as long as we're on site.
We're a husband-and-wife team based in Cincinnati, and Indianapolis is a straight two-hour drive west. We travel for events and we love bringing The Coffee Haus experience to new places — weddings, corporate gatherings, brand activations and community events alike, all with the same coffee service.

Our professional mobile espresso bars are capable of serving corporate, private, brand activation and any other event type in the Indianapolis area — the same coffee experience, whatever the occasion.
Our corporate service turns an ordinary workday into an occasion. We keep Indianapolis meetings, seminars and multi-day expos fueled with a premium coffee experience, and every branded cup doubles as a small piece of company hospitality.
A private celebration deserves better than a pot of drip coffee. This service brings handcrafted drinks and friendly baristas to weddings, showers and birthdays, with a setup we style so it reads as part of the party.
Give people a genuinely good reason to walk over. We brand the cart, the cups and the menu for grand openings, product launches and pop-ups, so the activation gets remembered for the coffee rather than the giveaway table.
Festivals, markets, school and university events, faith gatherings and non-profit fundraisers — our community service brings the coffee experience to gatherings of every size, and adds a warm, inviting touch wherever people are meeting.

We come to you, wherever you might be. Our coffee cart is based in Cincinnati, about two hours east, and we travel for events — reach out with your date and venue and we'll tell you straight away whether we can be there.

Our Menu
Every Indianapolis coffee cart booking runs on an unlimited drink package, and you can layer on seasonal specialties or a personalized drink for a truly unique experience.
Order as many coffees as you like, right through the event. No drink tickets, no counting cups, nothing running dry at the halfway point.
Classic espresso drinks alongside teas and matchas, with vanilla, caramel and honey as standard and specialty flavors that change with the season.
Oat milk rides along to every event for non-dairy drinkers, decaf comes on request, and there are extra shots for whoever needs them.
Skilled, friendly baristas run the coffee service from setup to teardown — pulling shots, steaming milk and making the line feel looked after. That service is half the experience people remember.

About Us
The Coffee Haus began as a family dream — an idea to share our love of great coffee with other people. We're Boris and Katy, a husband-and-wife team raising three kids, and we think a good cup is one of the easiest ways to get a room talking.
Our beans come from Yield, our trusted local roaster, and everything is made to order with care. We're based in Cincinnati and we travel for events — this isn't just a business for us, it's a passion built on family, community, and the joy of sharing something you truly love.

Amazing coffee and even better service. The coffee is smooth, full of flavor, and you can tell it’s made with care. The team is always welcoming and friendly, and you can see how much they enjoy what they do. Hands down one of my favorite spots for coffee.

Yes. Our coffee cart is based in Cincinnati and travels for events — it's about a two-hour drive west. Send us your date and venue and we'll confirm coffee cart availability right away.
It depends on your guest count, how long you need the coffee cart, and whether you want custom branding. Tell us about your event and we'll send a custom quote rather than a one-size-fits-all package price.
An unlimited drink package, professional baristas, and everything we need to make handcrafted coffee on site — plus whole milk and Oatly oat milk at every event. Custom cups and menus are part of the service too.
With an unlimited drink package you don't have to work it out — guests order what they want and we keep making drinks. We'll advise on the right setup once we know your headcount and timeline.
We can fit almost anywhere, but we do need a 6'x5' space for the cart and baristas. We also require access to one standard outlet.
We're fully equipped to serve both indoor and outdoor events. We'll work with you to plan the ideal setup for your space and event style.
If we're available, you can book as many days as needed — multi-day expos and conferences are a regular booking for us.
