A coffee cart rental from The Coffee Haus is not a piece of equipment you pick up and return. It's a fully staffed mobile espresso bar that arrives at your Cincinnati venue, sets up, serves unlimited handcrafted drinks for the hours you've booked, and packs down when you're done.
That matters because the cart is only half of it. The espresso machine needs a trained hand, the milk needs steaming to order, and the line needs someone who can make a cappuccino and hold a conversation at the same time. Our baristas come with the rental, so your only job is to pick the date.

How Rental Works
Renting the cart is a flat, quoted booking for the hours you need. Here's what's in it and how the process runs.
The rental includes the mobile cart, a commercial espresso machine and grinder, cold brew and tea service, all the milks and syrups, cups and lids, and the professional baristas to run it. Nothing to source separately.
Coffee cart rentals are booked by the hour, not by the drink. For the length of the booking your guests can order as many lattes, cappuccinos, cold brews and matchas as they like.
We arrive ahead of the start time, set up in about a 6’x5’ space with one standard outlet, and clear out afterward. Ground-floor loading isn't required — we've set up in downtown offices and historic venues alike.
If we're available, you can book as many days as needed. Multi-day expos and conferences are a regular rental for us, and the cart stays put between sessions.
Add custom-branded cups, a wrapped cart, a tailor-made menu or a signature drink. Custom options are quoted alongside the base rental so you can see exactly what each one adds.

Each coffee cart rental includes an unlimited drink package, with the option to enhance your event by adding seasonal specialties or personalized drinks.
Every guest can order as many drinks as they desire, for the full rental period.
From classic espresso drinks to teas and matchas. We provide all classic flavors including Vanilla, Caramel, and Honey along with specialty seasonal flavors.
For non-dairy drinkers, we have Oat Milk and for highly caffeinated folks, we provide extra shots.

We’re Boris and Katy, a husband-and-wife team and parents of three. The Coffee Haus started as a family dream — an idea to share our love of great coffee and genuine connection with others.
Every rental is served with high-quality, thoughtfully sourced coffee using beans from our trusted local roaster Yield. For us this isn’t just a business; it’s a passion built on family, community and the joy of sharing something you truly love.

Amazing coffee and even better service. The coffee is smooth, full of flavor, and you can tell it’s made with care. The team is always welcoming and friendly, and you can see how much they enjoy what they do. Hands down one of my favorite spots for coffee.

Every rental is quoted individually. The price depends on how many hours we serve, your guest count, travel to the venue and any add-ons like custom cups or a branded cart. The baristas, the equipment and the unlimited drink package are all included — there's no per-drink charge. Fill out the form and we'll send your quote.
We charge by the booking, not by the cup. You book the cart for a set number of hours, and for that time your guests order as many drinks as they like. That keeps the cost predictable and means nobody has to hand out drink tickets.
