The Coffee Haus mobile espresso bar is a real espresso bar that comes to you — a commercial espresso machine and grinder on a cart, a barista pulling shots and steaming milk to order, and a menu that runs from cortados to matcha lattes. It's the café experience without sending anyone out for the coffee run.
We set the espresso bar up in about a 6’x5’ space with one standard outlet, indoors or outdoors, and serve unlimited drinks for as long as you've booked us. Guests order what they'd order at their favorite coffee shop; we make it the way they like it.

For a wedding reception, bridal shower or birthday, the espresso bar becomes the spot guests gather. Every drink is handcrafted, and the unlimited package means the second cappuccino is already covered.
A custom-branded espresso bar is a brand experience people line up for. We wrap the cart, print the cups and build the menu around your launch or pop-up.
Markets, school and university events, church gatherings, sports events and fundraisers — wherever there's a standard outlet, the espresso bar can be set up indoors or out.
What's Included
The espresso bar is a full setup, staffed and stocked. Here's what arrives with it.
A commercial espresso machine and grinder, cold brew on tap, and hot-water service for teas, chai and matcha — the same setup you'd find behind a coffee shop counter, built onto a cart that fits through a standard door.
Espresso, cortados, Americanos, cappuccinos and lattes, hot or iced, with classic vanilla, caramel and honey syrups plus seasonal specialties. Extra shots for the highly caffeinated, decaf on request.
The mobile espresso bar is booked by the hour, and our unlimited drink package means every guest can order as many drinks as they desire while we're there.
We’re a team of skilled, friendly baristas dedicated to exceptional service and great coffee. The bar is staffed to your guest count so the line keeps moving.
We need about 6’x5’ and one standard outlet. We've set up the espresso bar in downtown offices, historic venues, industrial spaces, tents and backyards across Cincinnati.
Wrap the cart in your brand, print custom cups, or add a tailor-made menu with a signature drink. Custom options are quoted alongside the base booking.

From classic espresso drinks to teas and matchas. We provide all classic flavors including Vanilla, Caramel, and Honey along with specialty seasonal flavors.
For non-dairy drinkers, we have Oat Milk and for highly caffeinated folks, we provide extra shots.

About Us
The Coffee Haus started as a family dream. We’re Boris and Katy, a husband-and-wife team and parents of three, who believe coffee has the power to bring people together, spark conversation and brighten any moment.
Every shot on the espresso bar is pulled with high-quality, thoughtfully sourced beans from our trusted local roaster Yield. Our goal is simple: create memorable experiences and make every cup feel special.

Every event is quoted individually. Pricing depends on the hours we serve, your guest count, travel and any custom add-ons. The equipment, the baristas and the unlimited drink package are all included — there's no per-drink charge. Fill out the form above and we'll send your quote.
Espresso, cortado, Americano, cappuccino, latte, drip coffee and cold brew, plus matcha tea lattes, chai tea lattes and English Breakfast tea. Vanilla, caramel and honey syrups are standard, with seasonal specialty flavors, whole milk and Oatly oat milk. Custom signature drinks can be added.
No plumbing is required. We do need a 6’x5’ space for the cart and baristas and access to one standard outlet, and we'll plan the ideal setup for your space and event style.
We’re fully equipped to serve both indoor and outdoor events. We’ll work with you to plan the ideal setup for your space and event style.
Every event includes whole milk and Oatly oat milk, and we can provide decaf drip or espresso upon request. Extra shots are available for the highly caffeinated folks.
We can provide anything from custom branding on our carts or cups, to special request menu items. Tailor-made menus, custom cups and a custom-branded espresso bar are all on the table.
