A wedding coffee bar from The Coffee Haus gives your guests a place to gather that isn't the bar. Our mobile espresso cart sets up at the reception, the cocktail hour or the morning-after brunch and serves unlimited handcrafted drinks — lattes, cappuccinos, cold brew, matcha and chai — made to order by baristas who are genuinely happy to be there.
It's a personalized coffee experience for your special occasion: a custom menu with a signature drink named for the two of you, cups printed with your names and date, and a cart styled to match your venue rather than compete with it. Print your names and wedding date on the cups, build a tailor-made menu around your favorite drinks, and let the baristas serve 'the bride's latte' and 'the groom's cold brew' all night.
For a rehearsal dinner, welcome party or farewell gathering, the cart adds warmth and energy without another full bar. It fits indoors or outdoors and needs only a standard outlet.

Commercial espresso machine and grinder, cold brew, hot teas, matcha and chai, whole and Oatly oat milk, and classic and seasonal syrups. Everything a café has, in a 6’x5’ footprint that fits most reception spaces.
The wedding coffee bar is booked by the hour, and our unlimited drink package means every guest can order as many drinks as they desire while we're open — no tickets, no tab.
We’re a team of skilled baristas dedicated to exceptional service. We staff to your guest count so the line moves during cocktail hour and nobody misses the toasts.
Custom cups with your names and date, a printed menu in your wedding's look, and a cart that can be dressed for the venue — from a historic Cincinnati hall to a tented backyard.
Name a latte after the bride, a cold brew after the groom, or build a seasonal menu around the date. Tailor-made menus and special-request drinks are part of the custom options.

From classic espresso drinks to teas and matchas. We provide all classic flavors including Vanilla, Caramel, and Honey along with specialty seasonal flavors.
For non-dairy drinkers, we have Oat Milk and for highly caffeinated folks, we provide extra shots.

About Us
The Coffee Haus started as a family dream. We’re Boris and Katy, a husband-and-wife team and parents of three, who believe coffee has the power to bring people together, spark conversation and brighten any moment — which is a good description of a wedding.
We serve high-quality, thoughtfully sourced coffee using beans from our trusted local roaster Yield. Our goal is simple: create memorable experiences and make every cup feel special.

The baristas, the espresso bar and the unlimited drink package are all included — there's no per-drink charge. Fill out the form and we'll check your date and send your quote.

We’re fully equipped to serve both indoor and outdoor events. We need a 6’x5’ space for the cart and baristas and access to one standard outlet, and we’ll work with you and your venue to plan the ideal setup.
Every event includes whole milk and Oatly oat milk, and we can provide decaf drip or espresso upon request. Extra shots are available for the highly caffeinated folks.
