The Coffee Haus is a mobile coffee cart that comes to your Cincinnati event and makes every drink to order. We roll in, set up a full espresso bar in about a 6’x5’ footprint, and serve handcrafted lattes, cappuccinos, cold brew, matcha and chai for as long as you've booked us.
Because every booking includes an unlimited drink package, your guests order as many drinks as they like — there's no ticket, no per-cup tab, and no line that stalls while someone counts. It's the coffee shop experience, brought to your office, venue, tent or backyard.

Our professional mobile espresso bar serves corporate, private, brand activation and community events throughout the Cincinnati area — the same cart, the same baristas, tuned to the occasion.
A mobile coffee cart is the easiest way to make a meeting feel like an occasion. We set up in the lobby, the break room or the expo floor and keep a steady flow of espresso drinks going through the morning session, the afternoon slump and everything in between — with your logo on the cups if you'd like.
Wedding receptions, showers, birthdays and graduation parties all get a lift when the cart opens. Guests gather around the espresso machine, the baristas learn names fast, and the drinks are made the way each person likes them — oat milk, extra shot, a little vanilla.
Coffee is what makes people stop. We brand the cart, the cups and the menu so a grand opening, product launch or pop-up serves something genuinely good and sends people off carrying your name.
Farmers markets, school and university events, church gatherings, sports events and fundraisers — the mobile coffee cart fits wherever there's a standard outlet and a little floor space, indoors or outdoors.
What's Included
Everything below is part of a standard booking. The only decisions left are the date, the hours, and whether you want your logo on the cups.
Commercial espresso machine, grinder, cold brew and a hot-water setup for teas — the same equipment you'd find behind a café counter, built onto a cart that fits through a standard doorway.
Our unlimited drink package means guests can order as many drinks as they desire for the hours we're booked. No drink tickets, no cap, no awkward 'one per person' sign.
We’re a team of skilled baristas dedicated to exceptional service and great coffee. The cart is staffed for your guest count so the line moves and nobody waits through a meeting break for a latte.
We arrive early, set up in about a 6’x5’ space with access to one standard outlet, and leave the room the way we found it. Indoor or outdoor, ground floor or twelfth — we'll plan the setup with you.
Lattes, cappuccinos, cortados, Americanos, drip coffee, cold brew, matcha and chai lattes, plus classic flavors like vanilla, caramel and honey and seasonal specialties when they're in season.
Add your company logo to the cups and the cart, name a signature drink after the guest of honor, or print a menu that matches your event's look. Custom options are quoted alongside the base booking.

Our Menu
Each mobile coffee cart booking includes an unlimited drink package, with the option to add seasonal specialties or personalized drinks for a truly unique experience.
Every guest can order as many drinks as they desire, for the full length of the booking.
From classic espresso drinks to teas and matchas. We provide all classic flavors including Vanilla, Caramel, and Honey along with specialty seasonal flavors.
For non-dairy drinkers, we have Oat Milk and for highly caffeinated folks, we provide extra shots.

About Us
The Coffee Haus started as a family dream. We’re Boris and Katy, a husband-and-wife team and parents of three, and we believe coffee has the power to bring people together, spark conversation and brighten any moment.
We serve high-quality, thoughtfully sourced coffee made with care, using beans from our trusted local roaster Yield. From weddings and markets to corporate events and private gatherings, our goal is simple: create memorable experiences and make every cup feel special.

Every event is quoted individually. The price comes down to how many hours we serve, your guest count, travel to the venue and any add-ons like custom cups or seasonal drinks. There's no per-drink charge — the unlimited drink package is included in every booking. Fill out the form above and we'll send your custom quote.
We staff the cart to your guest count, from a small office team to large corporate expos and community events. Tell us the headcount and the hours in the quote form and we'll plan the staffing and menu around it.
We can fit almost anywhere, but we do need a 6’x5’ space for the cart and baristas. We also require access to one standard outlet.
We’re fully equipped to serve both indoor and outdoor events. We’ll work with you to plan the ideal setup for your space and event style.
Every event includes whole milk and Oatly oat milk, and we can provide decaf drip or espresso upon request. Extra shots are available for the highly caffeinated folks.
We can provide anything from custom branding on our carts or cups, to special request menu items. Tailor-made menus, custom cups and a custom-branded espresso bar are all on the table.
We’re based in Cincinnati and happily serve surrounding areas — Northern Kentucky included. We love bringing The Coffee Haus experience to new places, so if you're unsure whether the cart reaches your venue, just ask in the form.
