The Coffee Haus provides professional coffee catering for corporate, private and celebration events near Cincinnati. Instead of an urn and a stack of paper cups, your guests get a full espresso bar — lattes, cappuccinos, cold brew, matcha and chai made to order by a barista who's happy to be there.
Every catering booking includes our unlimited drink package, so the coffee doesn't run out at 9:40 and nobody is rationing the good stuff. We set up in about a 6’x5’ space, need one standard outlet, and serve for as many hours as you've booked — a morning meeting, an all-day conference, or a reception that runs late.

The Coffee Haus Cincy was amazing to work with! They were a part of an event I had recently that started very early in the morning and I could not have asked for a better experience. Catered coffee for a wedding reception, bridal shower, baby shower or anniversary adds warmth and energy to the room — handcrafted drinks, friendly baristas, and a setup styled to match your celebration rather than compete with it.

What's Included
A catered coffee bar is a complete service, not a delivery. Here's everything that's part of the booking.
Commercial espresso machine and grinder, cold brew, hot tea service, whole and oat milk, classic and seasonal syrups, cups and lids. Everything a café counter has, set up at your venue.
Coffee catering is booked by the hour. For the length of the booking, guests can order as many drinks as they desire — a second latte at the afternoon break is already covered.
We’re a team of skilled, friendly baristas dedicated to exceptional service and great coffee. We staff to your guest count so the line moves during a ten-minute break.
We arrive early, set up in about a 6’x5’ space with one standard outlet, serve, and leave the space as we found it. Indoor and outdoor venues are both fine.
Add your logo to the cups and cart, or build a tailor-made menu with a signature drink for the occasion. Custom options are quoted alongside the base catering package.
If we're available, you can book as many days as needed — coffee catering for a three-day conference is a regular booking for us.

Each catering booking includes an unlimited drink package, with the option to enhance your event by adding seasonal specialties or personalized drinks for a truly unique experience.
Every guest can order as many drinks as they desire at each event.
From classic espresso drinks to teas and matchas. We provide all classic flavors including Vanilla, Caramel, and Honey along with specialty seasonal flavors.
For non-dairy drinkers, we have Oat Milk and for highly caffeinated folks, we provide extra shots.

The Coffee Haus started as a family dream. We’re Boris and Katy, a husband-and-wife team and parents of three, who believe coffee has the power to bring people together, spark conversation and brighten any moment.
We serve high-quality, thoughtfully sourced coffee made with care, using beans from our trusted local roaster Yield. From weddings and markets to corporate events and private gatherings, our goal is simple: create memorable experiences and make every cup feel special.

Every event is quoted individually. Coffee catering pricing depends on how many hours we serve, your guest count, travel to the venue and any add-ons like custom cups. The unlimited drink package, the baristas and setup are all included — there's no per-drink or per-person charge. Fill out the form and we'll send your custom quote.
Yes — corporate coffee catering is a large part of what we do: business meetings, conferences, seminars, multi-day expos, holiday office parties, employee appreciations, open houses and workshops. We've served offices and companies across Cincinnati, including the ones in our Trusted By row.
Lattes, cappuccinos, cortados, Americanos, espresso, drip coffee, cold brew, matcha tea lattes, chai tea lattes and English Breakfast tea, with vanilla, caramel and honey syrups plus seasonal specialties. Whole milk and Oatly oat milk are included, and decaf is available on request.
We can fit almost anywhere, but we do need a 6’x5’ space for the cart and baristas. We also require access to one standard outlet.
We’re fully equipped to serve both indoor and outdoor events. We’ll work with you to plan the ideal setup for your space and event style.
We can provide anything from custom branding on our carts or cups, to special request menu items. Tailor-made menus, custom cups and a custom-branded espresso bar are all on the table.
We’re based in Cincinnati and happily serve surrounding areas — Northern Kentucky included. We love bringing The Coffee Haus experience to new places, so if you're unsure whether the cart reaches your venue, just ask in the form.
